Mt Deliverance Worship Center sermon. The Spirit of the Lord was heavy this morning and I couldn’t help but feel overwhelming weepiness and the urge to kneel before the Creator. Not in sadness though. In true reverence for just how much the Lord loves us. Our beloved Pastor was given a vision after a battle to near death that she was 4th in line to the pearly gates. Three went in, but she was stopped and told she had more work to do. I was praying for the same thing yesterday (as I’m sure others were)…that she had so much work left to do here. God has agreed.

During the prayer time for others, I laid my hand on one member and just saw growing yellow light shining from above. I even opened my eyes, wondering if there was sunlight streaming through a certain area, but the light was not abnormal in the church. Again I saw the streams of golden light, but this time I also saw a mountain or peaked cliff-side with the figure of a man. Both objects were cast in shadow by the light streaming all around them from above and I got the the sense that the person felt very alone. But God was showing me that the person was in the perfect high position to be immersed in the light and love of the Lord…completely and unencumbered by anything else.

As for the sketch, I desired to draw the heart shield of my daughter’s vision last week. The heart took on the character of a faceted crystal. I had been feeling the message of Psalm 91 and being wrapped in the wings of the Lord all week so I wrapped the heart and anointed it with fire. I began drawing the “setting” prongs and I was told to number 7 of them. The swirls were to number 3 together above and below. And then God pointed out that the heart was surrounded by 12 faucets. 12 beveled cuts for the 12 tribes. I don’t know what He meant by all of it, but I know He wanted His divine numbers represented in the heart shield.

And finally, the entire message focused on the armor of God, how the armor is light, and how the light is Jesus. God is truly fascinating and lovely.

Typed notes:

The last days will be marked with people who are unthankful. Let the light of our love shine on others so they know we have something to be thankful for as the world falls apart.

Ephesians 6 – Chapter on the armor of God. We must wear at all times. Be determined to stand and fight. We need to acknowledge and win the internal battle before winning the external battle (helping others). Satan attacks the inner man.

Satan attacks the internal to keep us inside, for if we stay inside, we cannot battle the external.

We put on the armor of light. Jesus is the light. God declares He is the light in the darkness. We put on Jesus. We put on the armor: Jesus, the Father, the armor of God.

The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord. It is not our time unless the Father says it is our time.

Isaiah 59:17 – For he puts on the righteousness as the breastplate…Isaiah talks of Jesus clad in the armor. Jesus is the armor. When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against them.

The devil thinking he has us in a trap, but he forgets forgiveness. When we stumble, the father forgives.

Faith works by love. 1 Corinthians 13:2 – No matter your gifts and deeds, if you don’t have love, you don’t have anything.

Ephesians 6:16 – ABOVE ALL, taking the shield of faith to quench ALL the fiery darts of the enemy.
