This is a continuation of yesterday’s vision. If you haven’t read it yet, please go here and do so before continuing.
It started last night when a friend pointed out how the first flower field was straight and narrow. I agreed. And I could see how the growth of the flower comes from the stem: the straight and narrow path that reaches toward the light and then blossoms. Every petal spreads out. When we blossom in the Lord, that tiny path becomes wider. It becomes easier and easier to walk with Him as we grow and form an everlasting relationship with Him.
“Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”
Matthew 7:14
“I will be like the dew to Israel; he shall blossom like the lily; he shall take root like the trees of Lebanon;”
Hosea 14:5
The Lord was leading me back to the vision today and pointed out more details. The focus on the Lily grows deeper. I was hit with the words Easter Lily. I believe the Easter/Passover time will be an important time for conquering. Even Trump is announcing it, though the media continues to make him look like a fool. I got excited. God showed me a Lily above other flowers to confirm the timing of the season. I had to lookup the meaning.
The Easter Lily is a positive symbol for Christians and is representative of Christ, His resurrection, purity, innocence, being untainted by the world (the healing of America in my previous post found here). It also represents a NEW SEASON, a new birth, and a person coming to Christ! Again, America running to Christ, praying, and being led into a new season. God is doing something very big right now.
The lily has always been one of my favorite flowers and I was struck today with its actions. It closes its face to the night. The blossoms open toward the day and move and reach for the sun. The flower always seeks the light and cares not what is in the darkness! Focus on God and what He is doing, not the evil that the enemy always waves so arrogantly in our faces.
“Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.”
1 Thessalonians 5:5
Finally, the color purple has always been regarded as royal. It was rare in ancient times and took much effort to make the smallest amount of dye. The Lord uses purple in His temple. We are His living temples in the new covenant. He has clothed us in royalty, success, dignity, passion, and honor. Do we stand as conquering royalty when the darkness closes around us: princes and princesses of the only living God? Coheirs, adopted because of the sacrifice of Christ. The Lord has called you for such a time as this. Trust. Fast. Seek and pray. Stand and show the glorious Lily you are in a world of fear and darkness, for you have been set apart for such a time as this.
“But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:”
1 Peter 2:9
“Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.”
Ephesians 6:13
